21 days Walking Challenge

Over the past year most people have not been able to workout or train as normal, however we believe everyone can walk for 20 minutes. We challenge you to walk for 20 minutes 21 days in a row. We have an app where you get a small daily task e.g a play list, a podcast and can track your activity.

About the Event

This challenge is all about us joining forces, you taking part of our challenge is so inspirational for us - having you on our team while we do our expedition on Greenland. We also want to show you that taking a small step to change a habit is all that it takes. Small changes over time will become large changes in the long rung.
